Frances Goss
A 28-year veteran of Hyatt, Frances did not plan on a career in hospitality. Her hospitality career began at Hyatt Regency O’Hare in the Events Department. She has lead teams at Hyatt properties in Chicago, Wisconsin, Phoenix, Nassau, and now, Maui. Frances also spent two years in Jamaica and Mexico, training Events and Banquet teams for Hyatt’s all-inclusive brands, Ziva and Zilara. Her success in all these areas earned her the company-wide Events Leadership Award for 2018.
Frances is especially proud to foster Hyatt’s philosophies, as they align with her own values. These core values include community service, sustainability and caring for people. She believes that when we do business with a customer, we are partners, striving together for the same goal, a successful program.
